Most engagements begin within two weeks of scoping. For urgent situations – algorithm penalties, pre-acquisition due diligence, or migration deadlines – we can mobilise faster. We’ll give you a realistic timeline on the first call based on your specific requirements and our current availability.

Fractional leadership is a monthly retainer, typically at a fraction of the cost of a senior in-house hire. We’ll discuss scope and investment on the call so you get a number that’s specific to your situation, not a generic rate card.
